Operating Principal:
Vibrating Fork Level switch contain Piezo-electric crystal in the probe, which causes the fork to vibrate at a frequency of 125 Hz. It detects the presence or absence of material and actuates a relay. It gives point output, indicating high & low level alarm. It is having compact and robust design, suitable for side & top mounting. The constant vibration of the fork provides self-cleaning characteristics. The change in vibration is detected by circuit which causes the relay to change state after few seconds delay ( about 2-3 seconds). When fork is free from material relay reverts to its normal condition

Used in almost any dry bulk material application in hoppers, silo, bins & tanks. Durable rugged design, that is compatible with many bulk solids, pelletized and granule applications. For level sensing of saw dust, flour, peanuts, grains, wood, pellets, fine coal, clay, silica sand, Portland cement, foundry sand and many more.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE:

Paddle type switches consist of motor, which drives a paddle through a planetary gearbox arrangement. The absence of material allows motor to turn the paddle uninterrupted. When the unit senses the presence of material via the restricted rotation of the paddle, the reversing torque actuates the internal micro-switches and alarms the unit, to give corresponding output signal. Special clutch mechanism switches off power supply to the motor when paddle is locked in the material, preventing motor burning due to overheating in locked condition.

Product Details:

SMARTsaa manufactures and exporters Radar Level Transmitter for monitoring levels of solids, powders, granules and liquid by non contact way. Radar Level operates on the principle of Time domain reflectometry principle. A wave is emitted by the antenna. As soon as the pulses reach the surface of the medium, it is reflected back to the electronic module. Level distance is directly proportional to the flight time of the pulse. The measured Level data is converted into 4-20 mA DC analog, isolated output. With reference to the time taken by the pulses to travel from transmitter and to reflect back from the material to the receiver, we can determine the material level. This series of radar level meter adopted 26G high frequency radar sensor, the maximum measurement range can reach up to 70 meters. Antenna is optimized. Further processing is done by new generation microprocessors which have higher speed and efficiency. This transmitter can be used for level measurement of reactor, solid silo and very complex measurement environment.
