SMARTsaa offers Signal Isolator, converters and transmitters for use in process control industries. Varieties of models are available for specific applications. These converters are extensively used in cement, fertilizer, chemical and processing plants.
In process plant many signals are generated at field. These signals are generated at field sensors like position transmitter, temperature sensor, voltage, power transmitter.
These signals are not isolated from input and not suitable for transmission over long distance. Converters are specially developed to overcome these problems in transmission such as line drop, interference, ground looping, and non compatibility to standard processing unit.
Temperature Transmitters receives signal from field temperature sensor like (Pt 100, thermocouple) & convert these in suitable form like 4-20mA. These are generally head mounted type and housed in the compact terminal compartment of temp sensor..

OPERATING PRINCIPLE:
The probe forms an electrical capacitor with the surrounding metal contained wall, or with auxiliary reference probe. With the vessel empty, initial capacitances exists between the electrode and the metal well or the auxiliary reference probe. When the probe become covered with material to be measured the capacitances will increase and the change will be measured and covered into an analogue (4-20 mA) output signal proportional to the change. Rod or flexible cable can be used for various conductive or non conductive Liquids
