SMARTsaa developed Capacitance type continuous level transmitter for measuring levels of conducting and non conducting liquids.

APPLICATION:

Level measurement of liquids in tank and vessels with analogue O/P

Level transmitter for conducting liquids like water, feed water, fruit juice, milk, wine acids and  non conducting liquid like oils , diesel and hydrocarbons like Acetone, Ammonia and Benzene

OPERATING PRINCIPLE:

The probe forms an electrical capacitor with the surrounding metal contained wall, or with auxiliary reference probe. With the vessel empty, initial capacitances exists between the electrode and the metal well or the auxiliary reference probe. When the probe become covered with material to be measured the capacitances will increase and the change will be measured and covered into an analogue (4-20 mA) output signal proportional to the change. Rod or flexible cable can be used for various conductive or non conductive Liquids

SMARTsaa offers Digital Tachometer to Indicate speed of rotating equipments like motor, cruher, Turbine, mixers, stirrers, screw conveyers, bucket elevators and other industrial machinery. The digital display indicates equipment speed as well as set speed accurately. The device also actuates relay contacts at preset speed. Using these contacts, desired control action such as zero speed protection / under speed protection / over speed protection can be achieved. ESM  can also be used to indicate linear speed of equipment in MPM / MPH by suitable entry of scaling factor. Scaling factor is also adjustable.

Speed sensor is placed in close proximity of the rotating object. On this object, metallic plates are fixed. Sensor detects presence of metal objects which come within the range of their oscillating field giving rise to corresponding pulses. These pulses are fed to the control unit where they are compared with the standard pulses to sense the speed. Output is in the form of relay contact.

Digital display models provide more features like field adjustable scaling factor, keypad setting, two point contact operation and Universal Speed Range etc.
